Two Los Angeles hotel owners guilty of fire protection violations

According the city of Los Angeles attorney’s office, the Amerland Group did not maintain the fire escapes, alarms, sprinklers and emergency lighting at the Rosslyn Lofts and Alexandria Hotel. The managers and owners of the two downtown hotels in Los Angeles pled guilty to thirty-six criminal misdemeanour charges of not maintaining the fire systems.
