A Tenth Hotel in North Carolina Opened by Doubletree

The recently refurbished Doubletree Hotel Rocky Mount is the brand’s tenth hotel to be opened in North Carolina. It is located only 25 kilometres away from Raleigh-Durham, which is numbered among the few cities to receive the much sought after All-America City Award. This award is one of America’s oldest and most venerated, and winning it is considered a great honour. The new Rocky Mount hotel in Carolina invites guests to come and enjoy its top-class rooms, restaurants and conference venues in this picturesque area of the Carolinas. RB/WH Rocky Mount DB LLC operates the Doubletree Hotel Rocky Mount under a licence contract with a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation, and Hospitality Ventures Management, LLC, manages it.

Dave Horton, senior vice president, brand management for Doubletree Hotels, says that they are proud to add the Rocky Mount as the tenth North Carolina hotel in their portfolio. The hotel is situated midway between Florida and New York on the popular Interstate 95 freeway, where many corporations, museums, golf courses, colleges and other interesting attractions are available for pleasure seekers or business executives.

The North Carolina hotel has 155 rooms and suites, which have been thoroughly renovated and now boast the Doubletree “Sweet Dreams” sleep experience, free WIFI, microwaves, connoisseur coffee services, stereo clock radios, fridges and large LCD flat screen TVs that come with free movies, music and games. The Carolina accommodation also now has bathrooms with granite countertops, complimentary body and bath products, better lighting and more spacious shower cubicles.
